A Christmas Carol - A Ghost Story (Cinebook 2022)

In 19th century London, on Christmas Eve, the greedy, selfish misanthrope Scrooge encounters the ghost of his dead partner, who warns him that three spirits will visit him to make him change his
ways before he is damned forever. Charles Dicken’s story is universally known, but in this adaptation by Munuera, Ebenezer becomes Elizabeth, and that simple yet fundamental difference, with all the social baggage it entails, may make her rather more unrepentant than her original model. by José-Luis Munuera (Author, Illustrator).

Pepe Moreno - Gene Kong (1986)

A hapless scientist living in the slums of New York city is tired of getting bullied, robbed and harassed so he invents a serum that transforms him into... Gene Kong! Drawn by Moreno in the 1980s,l it only took Heavy Metal 20 years to translate it and publish it.

moebius - Maxwell coffee portfolio (1989)

A small portfolio of beautiful advertisements moebius created for Maxwell coffee in the late 1980s. Very elegant style drawings. Small amount of text that I translated. Not the highest quality but that's what I got.

by Stefano Casini. In a bleak, violent future, Caleb Geko's girl runs off with a gangster, and Caleb earns the gangster's ire for trying to win her back. The bomb is a "gift" for one of the gangster's enemies, and Caleb is told that if he can deliver it, he stands a chance of getting back his past. But when the bomb also destroys the device storing Caleb's memories, he takes events into his own hands, serving up murder and revenge in the name of a woman he no longer remembers...

Rebel

Pepe Moreno's post-punk science fiction epic, set in an alternate reality in the wild streets of New York City, is a Max Max/Road Warrior inspired classic! Following in the artistic footsteps of Moebius, Tanino Liberatore, and Enki Bilal, Pepe Moreno delivers a brutal portrait of New York City in a future that never was. It's an urban battleground, populated by outcasts and misfits -- Rebels -- and their guerilla war against the nasty powers-that-be... like the Sanitation Police, for starters!
