The site is full of rare gems which are hard to find on other sites. And "The Regulator" (Le Régulateur) is one of these hidden gems which I am glad to discover.
Sadly enough, one of the four files (Tome 1 - Ambrosia) is not accessible anymore: Sendspace replies that the "lifetime of the file has passed" and asks that the uploader is contacted for a renewal of the upload.
Can I thus, in line with this Sendspace notification, ask the administrator to renew the upload/ link for this file.

Just a gentle reminder.
It appears that my earlier (8 september) report of a broken link has "fallen through the cracks". Anyway, the Sendspace link tor Tome 1 is still unchanged. In the meantime I already have obtained the file elsewhere, but I still suggest to correct this broken link for future visitors.
