During the depths of the Great Depression, an orphan reinvents himself as Al Chrysler and strives to win the heart of the local grocer's daughter. In doing so, he falls in with a newly arrived petty criminal who soon has him and his friends working for the local mafia. Giant

New York, 1932. Despite the great depression that is hitting America hard, buildings rise ever higher in the skies of Manhattan and the building sites proliferate. This is where Giant works, a taciturn man with an imposing build. His colleagues instructed him to warn the family of an Irish compatriot of his accidental death. But, concealing the sad truth, the mysterious Colossus sends a fine sum of money to Mary Ann, the young widow, as well as a typed letter that could be from her husband ... She answers him and then begins a regular correspondence, without Giant dispelling the lie. Then comes the day Mary Ann and her children arrive in New York ... Author & Illustrator : Mikaël.

Promise

Idaho, 1864. The end of the American Civil War. The end of a troubled period, fraught with massacres, pillaging, chaos. Isolated at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, the small town of Promise is far from the fratricidal theatre of war, far from the terror, far from it all. Promise seems forgotten by men, by God even... But not by hell... Unsettling ambiance in the vast countryside of the American West. The arrival of Amos Laughton, a wandering preacher proclaming the imminent apocalypse and the coming of a new Messiah, disturbs the life of this small community which quickly falls under the spell of this prophet of the end times.
