June 2003 North Greenland. During an archaeological mission, Sergei, Orthodox priest, and Katerina, anthropologist, discovered a Russian nuclear submarine in the ice. This is the K-160, missing since April 2001 in the Barents Sea. In the night, just as inexplicably and without noise, the submarine disappears again. November 2003, the K-160 is again reported to the Gremikha naval base. But contact with this base is immediately cut. A commando is mobilized, accompanied by Katerina and Sergei, to unravel the mystery. Trimmed to dive? A nightmare. Sun launches with Corpus Hermeticum and the syndrome of Cain, his new fantastico-esoteric collection Secret Lands.
