Apache Junction 01

The Western takes place around 1875 and follows a US Army messenger, at a time when Apache tribes refuse to be locked up in reservations and engage the federal government in guerilla war fare. The messenger gets wounded in a knife fight and needs to seek refuge at a lonely farm. Holly Moors has this to say about Apache Junction: “Nuyten seems to want to combine the exciting stories of Jean Giraud and the engaged, critical attitude of Hans Kresse. He is a bit too wordy in the first part of the album, and could use a good, tight script writer. That way he can focus on the art, where he doesn’t quite yet reach Giraud’s level, though he is getting there. Still, I have finished the album in one go, and will certainly read the second part, because this is definitely an artist to keep an eye on.”

This is the incredible story of Martha Cannary, a young woman who shrugged off what destiny had in store for her and made herself into a legend.

Match

It starts with the draw, it continues on a service, it ends with a winner and a loser. It spans hundreds of pages of doubt, tension, joy, fear, helplessness and anger. It's impressive, it's anguish, it makes you laugh and it's amazing. It's raw sports, it's a UFO in comics. It's a tennis match in its entirety (point by point!) Told by Gregory Panaccione!

D'Air Pur Et D'Eau Fraiche - One Shot

The story ...
Joshua is the son of a trapper. He lives with his parents and his little sister, a difficult existence, lost in nature. A life made all the more difficult, as his father drunkard squanders the fruit of the sale of skins in brothels and saloons and expresses his frustrations violently on his wife and children.
Joshua finds himself brutally orphaned after the attack on the family home by Indians.

Priape - One Shot

The name of Priapus refers above all to the Roman god of fertility and physical virility. Here it is a man of whom it is a question, and the poisoned gift that nature has offered him will make him a being apart. Nicolas Presl, in his first work, takes us to antiquity, in the steps of a young man in search of his sexual identity. Let's bet that this silent story, cruel and disturbing tale, will leave no one behind ...
